CONTROLLING:
In Simply Smart Co we want to assure that all the activities that we perform are being done with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, so we can satisfy and fulfill the needs and expectations of our customers. That is why in our company we need to establish performance standards, so we can control that the activities are being done in the most efficient way, we need to measure individual performance and take corrective actions if we need to do so.
First of all, we focus on the control of the key areas that are indispensable in our company such as:
Quality Control: In Simply Smart Co we want to assure that we’re giving the best possible service to our customers, so we want to count with the top quality licenses that are given by the state and also having a clear policy of quality inside the company, so that we can follow this rules that are in the guidelines and so that our customers and suppliers can see that we’re compromised with having the best quality in our service.
Financial control: The finance and accounting area is a vital area for our company, so we have to keep it in control so the company can move on without any difficulties. In our financial control, we’re going to take in count the following aspects to assure our accountability effectiveness:

Checking the accuracy of the balance sheet and the income statement every semester.

Verifying the efficiency of the chosen financial policies and reestablishing them if it’s needed.

Applying the post-financial control system in the company

Applying financial indicators at the end of the semester such as: Financial contribution, Marginal profitability, EBITDA Indicator, Behavior of the capital employee and Contribution Index

Confirming that the financial goals are being achieved in relation to the company’s mission.
Sales control: To control in an accurate manner our sales, we’re going to control them taking in count these different aspects:

Sales control by produced utilities.
Second of all, we need to measure the employee performance in certain way, so we can know what our employees are doing well or poorly. For this purpose, we’re going to use the most efficient methods to measure the individual performance that are:
