 The threats and trends which the organization have to face constantly in the external environment should be avoided by minimizing their impact in the company, for this reason it is important to be prepare with key strategies that will help the organization to achieve its objectives in the future and at the same will prepare the company to survive in a changing environment. The principle functions of planning is to identify future threats and trends and to define objectives which are going to implemented by the formulation of strategies.

 

Threats and trends:

According to external audit we could identify what the principles threats and opportunities the company has, these factors were taken of the research of each external force to define specific threats and opportunities that the company is facing daily.

 

 

  • Recently, getting the American and European visa is becoming easier to Colombian people, for this reason it influence our frequent consumers, like teenagers, couples and companies to prefer traveling to celebrate their special occasions than organizing events.

  • Competitors are becoming stronger by getting new technology and innovation of ideas for the production of their events.

  • People prefer planning their own celebration than hiring companies to organize their events because it is considered that require a lower cost.

  • The entry of new technology in the market is one of the biggest opportunities even though it is a threat that our competitors have the right alliances to get the equipment faster than us.

 

Objectives:

 

The objectives that we have established are based on the threats and trends that we defined in the external audit. The follow objectives are the goals which the firm will achieve to face obstacles in the future and also it will help to improve the service of our company.

 

  • One of our objectives is to be part of each of our customer`s experience by bringing our service to places where people expect to receive a quality and effective events.

  • The objective of our organization is to give a different and unique experience to our customers by creating new sceneries and the innovation of high-tech.

  • The organization will provide different packages and prices to people from middle class to upper class, with the objective of giving them multiple choices and prices but always with the same quality.

  • Gathering new technology will be our principle function to fulfill our customer`s needs.

 

Strategies:

 

  • Taking our customer service to places where they expect to travel and celebrate while requires strategic alliances, which from the beginning must be with principle lines of hotels and cruises.

 

  • The most current case is about teenagers tours, which are organizing as their fifteenth birthday gift and also when they graduate from high School, so for our organization is important to have connections and alliances with cruises where the most of the teenage choose to go traveling.

  • Recently corporate events and conferences are organizing in other cities or overseas. Having alliances with hotels, which are specialized for business people, will improve our services with corporations.

  • Implementing programs of research and developing to our work team about innovation and recent special effects for events will improve the design and the techniques of our services.

  • Designing multiple packages according to the technology and services that people from middle class to upper class
