•Strategy for Question Mark: In the corporate events package, we can apply a product development in which we pursue the improvement of our product so we can differentiate ourselves from the competition, gaining more market share in the industry.
•Strategy for Star: If the business is going well and the company has enough cash flow, the strategy to pursue is the product development one. With this strategy, the company focuses in maintaining the star strong in the market and creating new services.
•Strategy for Cash Cow: For this quadrant, where the party package is located, the company will develop a related diversification strategy in order to maintain the cash cow in the market but keeping in mind other resources that backup this service.
•Strategy for dog: In the last quadrant, where the concert package is located, the strategy to pursue is the forward integration, which means gaining the distributors in the market. If this strategy doesn’t work, the retrenchment strategy will take place, lowering the costs.
