General Manager:

Establish the direction that the company will take, in economic and social terms.

Know every role within the organization in order to keep the right way of proceeding.

Establish economic objectives for the organization and motivate the people to reach them.

Establish strategic alliances

Keeping in touch and negotiate with our suppliers and our external sources.

Ensuring that our suppliers are giving to us the best technology in terms not only of music equipment, but also in terms of classified people.

Create and maintain a business plan:

A business plan is, basically, the proposal to the customers. What the customers needs from us, in which way we can satisfy their desires. Not just create it, but keep fixing and improving it.

Organize periodical meetings with the other directors in order to know what is happening at each section of the company.

Find our customer needs, wants and desires by:

Creating and applying surveys

Developing customer profiles
-
Studying the social and economic levels of the target
-
Determining an optimal market segmentation

Choosing inside this market segmentation our potential target

Develop a pricing plan:
-
Once we have our business plan created and accepted we have to proceed to establish pricing levels for our different services. In this case, competitors will be a reference.

Also, consumers, governments and suppliers will be affecting our pricing plans.

Establish marketing objectives

Set goals in terms of successful message communication to our customers. Study if the message is really reaching the people we decided previously is our segmented market.

Decide if our publicity will be shown on TV, radio or even on Internet.

Decide if the best for our business are the short adds of 10-15 seconds, or commercials of 30-40 seconds.

Design, create and develop this strategic publicity.

Build an optimal customer service

Devising warranties thinking in what our customer is expecting from us as an event company.

Determining how our customers want to our service is developed.

Human Resources:

Being on charge of paying the salary of each employee which was established from the beginning

Analyze the financial resources of the company to plan and set where and when are they going to be spent.

Track at minimum, on a monthly basis, all the monetary information about the company. For example: operational expenses, salaries, donations, capital expenditures, cash flow…

Create an organization financial history in order to give directors a snapshot of the firm´s financial health and wealth at any time.

Determine an organization value as a whole.

Present periodically reports to the shareholders and investors.

Try to forecast the future of the company by analyzing the financial history of it.

Seller #1, #2:

Attend customers who enter the office.

Be responsible for processing card and cash payments.

Show the service and explaining in detail how it´s going to be done.

Keep the office clean and presentable.

Report to the Sales Supervisor.
Organizing:
Operations / Logistic Supervisor:

Determine if the external sources are fulfilling our agreements by:

Keeping the quality with the waiters and waitresses, the sound equipment, the liquors, the furniture…

Ensuring if the service is exactly developed in the manner it was agreed with the customer.

Taking in account what is the service plan that is being given and what features it has.

Keep in touch, call, speak and contact the suppliers.

Ensuring that all the suppliers will be at the event by the time that had been requested.

Report to the General Manager.
Sales Supervisor:

Coordinate and give the appropiate training to the sellers below.

Create and build great relationships with the customers.

Call the customers and keep in touch with them, ensuring that they feels attended.

Sell and coordinate sales in the principal office.

Focus his attention on the customer.
