After asking 50 people about their interests about event organization this is what we found out:
Survey Analysis
Many people would rather have a trip abroad than celebrating any special date with a party. We can see it in the 48% that prefers travelling compared to only a 22% that prefers doing a big party.
For our business this are bad news, since we can lose possible clients when they are not interested in planning an event. However, this made the team think of how to implement our services even when customers are travelling. We can offer our Smart Ideas in cruises for example.
The majority of respondents indicated that they do not organize events at all. This greatly harms our business because it indicates that it is very hard to have faithful clients or even clients at all.
The answers to this question indicated in what alliances we should focus on. So we decided to look in depth to a good alliance of Catering and Foods. It would be our idea to make technology an important item to consider when making an event because our business focuses on having the last and most innovative technology possible.
More than half of the respondents prefer arranging their own events rather than doing it through an enterprise that organizes events. This is a very negative result since here, we can also see the difficulty of attracting clients.
People would mostly prefer just enjoying the celebration in any kind of event, than being in charge of the guests or the organization of it. This is positive for Smart Ideas CO since our mission is to organize an event where the host will not have to worry about anything but enjoy his or her event.
It is vital for an organization like Smart Ideas CO to have contact with customers via internet. Like seen in the results of the survey, people prefers contacting and getting information through a website than calling or going directly to the offices.
Target Market

Our target market will be all men and women, between 15 - 60 years old, from Bogotá city and in the future from all around the country.
