The motivation of our company is established from the moment in which the employees become part of the company. Starting with an organizational environment, which is based on respect and treatment of each employee as an individual.

 

On the other hand it is important for us to have the right conditions so our employees can feel comfortable and inspired to provide the best customer service facilities. For our company having the right conditions on the workplace is to have the adequate lighting within the same work site, have comfortable chairs and desks while taking all necessary tools and materials so each employee can perform each task smoothly.

 

Being flexible is also an important part of our motivational plan, having the appropriate work schedules, which do not saturate employees avoiding fatigue and ensuring good performance. For this, the schedules should have a recess time, which will be made from: 10:30 am to 11:30 am, and a second one from 12:00 1:30 pm. Employees would have also half a day free every Thursday and every Friday would be a free dressing day which includes jeans, boots and informal t-shirts.

• The employee that sells the largest number of event packets would receive a TV, a vacation plan, and many others.

• The employee that has the best quality in service would have recognition by the company.

• If all employees meet a certain specified amount of money in sales would obtain a bonus at the end of the year.

• If all employees have a good performance, at the end of the year would be rewarded with a journey to a good destination.

• For good workers it would be allowed to reduce the work time in case of having minor children or dependent family.
