The strategy is increasing our market share by offering our packages to different hotels and Cruises, which will improve our service and to increased recognition to our customers. Also it is important to increased publicity efforts and advertising in the social media by innovative modifications in our web page.
Market Development:

The strategy is introducing our service into the `principle cities in Colombia. Barranquilla, Cali and Medellin with the same packages as the beginning, but at the same time we will be flexible to their needs and requirements. This strategy is going to be operated by locating new offices in strategic locations in each city.
Product Development:

To increased sales our strategy is to improve our services by the modification of present packages for the organizations of events. This strategy requires a large amount of Research and Development to identify how our customers expect new packages and how we can full fill their expectations. One of the results of the survey that we did in the Internal evaluation show that people prefer traveling than organizing events, so we will plan new packages which our customers can enjoy their travels and at the same time their events, this strategy will be operated by the alliance with recognized brands of hotels and cruises.
Forward integration:

Gaining ownership over distributors is going to be one of our strategies by establishing new media sources where our sellers can offer and sell packages to different customers. One of the sources that is going to be used are the alliances with recognized hotels and cruises which can promote the company to their customers directly.
