1) Party: In this package, we offer our customers the arrangement of a small, medium or big party. We provide the services of food, drinks, decoration and sound. The ones mentioned before are guaranteed to have the best qualities. The prices aproximately are:
• Small Party (10-40): 3’500. 000 COP
• Medium Party (50-80): 5’000. 000 COP
• Big Party (90-120): 7’500. 000 COP
In these packages we offer different themes:
• 15’s Party
• Engagement Party
• Baby Showers
• Halloween Party
2) Wedding: In this package, we offer our customers the arrangement of a small, medium and big wedding. We include all the drinks, food, decoration, location and band to the wedding celebration. Our aproximate prices are:
• Small Wedding: 7,200,000 COP
• Medium Wedding: 14,800,000 COP
• Big Wedding: 25,500,000 COP
3) Concert: In this package, we offer our customer the possibility to bring a national or international artist onstage. Depending on the demand of the artist, the location, and the details of the event will vary.
Selling services
Publicity:
For the first year Smart Ideas CO. will not invest in publicity.
However, for 2015, focusing on ads on Internet, The 1.5% of total revenue would be invested on publicity.
Personal Selling:
Smart Ideas CO will have an office located in the center of the city of Bogota, with two attending sellers that will have direct contact with a client that needs any kind of event.
